Celtics Take 2-0 Series Lead

Luka-Kyrie Duo Struggles as Mavs Fall in Game 2

The Boston Celtics have taken a commanding 2-0 lead in the NBA Finals after a dominant 107-89 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night.

The Celtics were led by a balanced scoring attack, with Jaylen Brown leading the way with 22 points. Kristaps Porzingis added 20 points off the bench, while Jayson Tatum contributed 19 points and 12 rebounds.

The Mavericks struggled to keep pace with the Celtics' depth, as Boston's bench outscored Dallas 42-22. Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving combined for just 39 points on 14-of-43 shooting, while the Mavericks as a team shot just 39.5% from the field.

The Celtics will now have a chance to take a commanding 3-0 series lead when they host Game 3 on Wednesday night.
